Kinmar Healthcare
1) All goods supplied remain the property of Kinmar Healthcare until paid for in full.
2)Kinmar Healthcare will endeavour to dispatch all orders received within 14 days. For items held in stock, orders will normally be despatched within 72 hours.
3) Items are normally delivered by Royal Mail, other Parcel/Courier Service, at their standard rate. For individual orders over £200, this charge is waived. Items required urgently, where possible, will be sent by courier at the customer’s cost.
4) Kinmar Healthcare will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery, however caused.
5) Kinmar Healthcare offers a no quibble guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product supplied, you may return it to Kinmar Healthcare, providing you have informed Kinmar Healthcareof the problem, by phoning 07808093846, within 7 days from receipt of order to obtain a return reference number and form.
6) Non arrival of goods, within 7 days from date of invoice, must be notified to Kinmar Healthcare at once, so that a claim can be made.
7) All items should be checked for any signs of damage in transit. Any goods so damaged, must be notified to Kinmar Healthcare within 24 hours, so that replacement item/items can be dispatched, free of charge. You may be asked to return the damaged goods to Kinmar Healthcare. This will be at the discretion of Kinmar Healthcare.
8) An invoice will be sent at the time of dispatch, either within the parcel or separately. All orders will have a delivery note enclosed. Payment to be made via cash, cheques or credit and debit cards. All invoices are to be paid upon receipt of the goods in full, or if an account holder within 28 days or at the discretion of Kinmar Healthcare, who reserve the right to charge interest at a rate of 10% per calendar month, if payment is not received within this period.
9) Orders will be taken via phone, fax, and email or written. Phone orders will be taken from 0930hrs. to 1730hrs. If the office is not manned, then an answer phone service is available.
10) If an order is cancelled by the customer, after it has been despatched from Kinmar Healthcare, then the customer will be held responsible for the safe return of the goods to Kinmar Healthcare. The customer will also be responsible for any postage and packaging costs incurred by Kinmar Healthcare in sending the order
11) Receipts will not normally be sent unless specifically requested..
12) Goods are not sold or tested as conforming to any British Standard Specification, or as fit for any particular purposes unless Kinmar Healthcare expressly so states in writing.
13) Kinmar Healthcare asks that any adverse reaction to any products supplied, are reported to Kinmar Healthcareas soon as possible. Please inform Kinmar Healthcare, so that an Adverse Reaction Reporting Form can be sent. We shall enclose a prepaid reply envelope, for this form to be returned to Kinmar Healthcare
14) Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect the rights of any buyer who deals with Kinmar Healthcare as a consumer.
15) Please note that copyright rules apply to the use of Kinmar Healthcare logo used in any media.
16) We are VAT registered and can supply invoices for VAT purposes.
17) Kinmar Healthcare is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998, with the controller being Mike King. No information will be passed on to a third party without consent.
